Terms and Conditions – PK 55 Satta Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PK 55 Satta website (pk55satta.net) or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform including visitors, registered account holders and anyone placing bets through the service.

PK 55 Satta reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time. If you continue using the platform after an update, you are accepting the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use PK 55 Satta, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK 55 Satta is strictly an adults-only platform and we do not permit minors to register or bet under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where sports betting is permitted under applicable local laws. It is entirely your responsibility to verify that your use of the platform complies with the laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a self-excluded user or someone who has been previously banned or suspended from PK 55 Satta.
• You must be a genuine individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative for any third party.

PK 55 Satta reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one account on PK 55 Satta. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment method details. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. PK 55 Satta will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. This process typically involves submitting a valid CNIC, proof of address and confirmation of your payment method. Verification helps protect your account and ensures payouts reach the correct person.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on PK 55 Satta are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The available deposit methods are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

The minimum deposit amount starts from PKR 200. Deposits made through JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take a short processing time depending on the sending bank. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, contact the support team with your transaction reference for assistance.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — money sent from someone else's account — are not permitted and will be refunded minus any processing fees.
• PK 55 Satta does not charge deposit fees on standard methods, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting only. They cannot be transferred to another user's account.

5. Betting Rules

PK 55 Satta offers sports betting markets across cricket, PSL, football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. General betting rules applicable across the platform include:

• Minimum and maximum stakes apply to each market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the relevant market is voided by PK 55 Satta due to an event cancellation, rule 4 deduction or other exceptional circumstance.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if there is any evidence of a connection failure or timing discrepancy that gave the user an unfair advantage.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, a market displaying odds far outside the normal range due to a technical issue — PK 55 Satta reserves the right to void bets placed on that market and refund stakes.
• For cricket events including PSL and international matches, the standard rules of the sport apply. Matches that are abandoned or reduced in overs are settled according to the relevant competition's official result or, where no official result exists, as a void bet.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform. PK 55 Satta may suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets already accepted will stand.

Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time your bet was accepted. For accumulator bets, the returns are the product of all individual selections. Settlement typically occurs within a short period after the relevant event concludes.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made through the same payment methods used for deposits. Withdrawals are processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered user only. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are detailed on the Withdrawal page of the platform.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed within a few hours during normal business hours.
• Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Accounts must complete identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• PK 55 Satta reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the user.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full details.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

PK 55 Satta offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and special event promotions tied to PSL, T20 internationals and other major tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per user, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• All bonuses come with a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to bets that count towards bonus wagering. Bets placed below the minimum qualifying odds will not contribute to the rollover requirement.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from the account.
• PK 55 Satta reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Promotions page.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement structure.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK 55 Satta and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different one.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to place bets or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users, placing coordinated bets designed to manipulate market outcomes or take advantage of bonus structures through coordinated multi-account activity.
• Depositing funds through stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate sports betting entertainment.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at PK 55 Satta staff or other users.

PK 55 Satta actively monitors accounts for signs of prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, we reserve the right to close accounts without notice, void all associated bets and withhold any funds pending investigation.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

PK 55 Satta may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any purpose outside of legitimate betting.
• A user's voluntary request to close their account or apply self-exclusion.
• Where continued operation of an account would create a legal, regulatory or reputational risk for PK 55 Satta.

If your account is suspended for reasons other than a breach of terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to your registered payment method after investigation. If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, PK 55 Satta reserves the right to withhold the balance pending a full review.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting the support team directly. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and remaining balances returned.

11. Limitation of Liability

PK 55 Satta provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be free from errors or technical issues at all times.

• PK 55 Satta will not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, delayed bet settlement or any other platform-related issue beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or from your use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
• Betting involves financial risk. Losses incurred through betting are not the liability of PK 55 Satta — by placing bets, you accept that losing is a possible outcome and that the platform cannot be held responsible for your betting results.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PK 55 Satta's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
